PRETTYDOLL HAIR (operated by Caelum Grey Ltd, 4 Akwetei Kwei Joe St, Accra, Ghana) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
- Wholesale applications: business name, type, location, contact numbers and the other details you provide on the application form.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies to keep the site and your cart working.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card and mobile money details go directly to Paystack and are never stored on our website.

- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To manage your account and wholesale application
- To reply to your messages and enquiries
- To send order updates and, only if you agree, occasional offers
- To keep our website secure and improve it
Sharing your information
We only share what is necessary with trusted partners who help us run our business — for example our payment provider (Paystack) and delivery partners who need your name, phone number and address to deliver your order. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and other information only for as long as it is needed.
