Welcome to PRETTYDOLL HAIR, operated by Caelum Grey Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), based at East legon hills, G123 loco Street,Accra. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud; if payment was taken, we will refund it in full.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
3. Delivery & pickup
We deliver across Ghana. Within Accra we offer Standard delivery (1–2 days) and Express delivery (within 12 hours), priced by delivery area. For areas outside our listed delivery zones, and for deliveries outside Accra, the delivery fee will be confirmed with you after your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays. You may also collect your order free of charge from our Accra location once we confirm it is ready. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
4. Product colours & descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different on different screens. Hair lengths are approximate.
5. Returns & refunds
For hygiene reasons, special rules apply to hair products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Wholesale & distributor accounts
Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. We may approve, decline, suspend or close a wholesale account at our discretion. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities and payment terms are agreed separately with approved partners.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including our name, logo, photos and text — belongs to PRETTYDOLL HAIR and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Ghana.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
